since everyone is doing it , I also decided to challenge myself for this workout:
DAY 1: completed(was hella tiring but pushed myself)
DAY 2: the last exercise made me cry! LOL.
DAY 3: the pain was a little bearable.
DAY 4: done. was feeling better after the workout.
PS: like to remind me to update:)

I guess beginners can't do this much at once😂 haha i tried to commit to it but I'm 5'7" and I weigh 51 kg and most of the people say that I'm underweight and honestly I don't have any problem with any part of my body except my tummy, it is so chubby and swollen like potato and so i decided to commit to emi's 15 days challenge to get abs but now being 6 days into the commitment, it feels like these exercises are more for losing weight than gaining abs, so i think i should drop doing them and only commit to ab exercises,what do you people say?
I dropped so many times that I even get some bruises… I’m a mess😭😭
